What is your policy if a product arrives damaged?
Quality is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Can I return perishable items?
Due to food safety, we generally can’t accept returns on perishable items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
